Please see the below map for an overview of our delivery range. If you don’t see your location on the map, please contact us.
If you’re ordering for a business account, please see “INFORMATION FOR WHOLESALE BUYERS.”
Market Mobile is open for orders every Monday and Thursday. The order window opens at midnight and closes at 6:30am the following day, meaning it’s active for about thirty hours. You won’t be able to submit an order outside the window, but you can still browse the marketplace.
1. To create an account, click here! Fill out the credentials and click Register. Then check your email and click the button to verify your account. That’s it! Now you're ready to start shopping for local food!
2. Log in to see the marketplace. You can browse Producers or Products by selecting either view at the top-left corner of the page.
- Search for a farmer or producer on the Producers view (example: Wright’s Dairy Farm, Steere Orchard). Click on the page thumbnail to see all their listings.
OR
- Search for a specific item in the Products view (example: milk, carrots, coffee, honey). You can filter products by category, food type, or state of origin.
3. To add something to your cart, click the + to the right of the item you’d like to buy. Click - to decrease the quantity.
- View your cart by clicking the basket icon near the top-right corner of your page.
- Click Remove to remove an item from your cart.
4. Select the Checkout button and follow the prompts for contact information, pickup/delivery, billing, and payment. Please take a moment to review your order under Summary before clicking Purchase Now.
- An invoice is generated and a confirmation email will be sent when you click Purchase Now. If you didn’t get a confirmation email, your order was not submitted.
- You can only submit an order during an active order window. You still can browse the marketplace and add items to your cart outside of the order window, but you won’t be able to complete the checkout.
If you represent a business, school, or hunger relief agency, you’re eligible to view a special price list. Please fill out our wholesale application. Once your application is approved, we’ll switch over your account. Being a wholesale customer confers several advantages:
- You’ll automatically see bulk pricing for any applicable items.
- You’ll be able to select COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment option during checkout.
- We’ll be able to set up a Company account structure, if you choose. This allows you to designate account access to more than one user (with their own login credentials) and more than one delivery address.
Established Market Mobile wholesale customers are eligible to apply for payment terms. For new accounts, we typically want to establish a good record of on time COD payments, or run a credit check on the business. Once terms are established, you will be able to select your terms as a payment option when checking out. Please email finance@farmfreshri.org with questions about applying for payment terms.

We pay out to our vendors every 15 days regardless of whether customers’ payments have been received. We are very appreciative of prompt payments!
When you place an order through Market Mobile, you’re ordering fresh food directly from local farmers and food producers, who then harvest or prepare that food item and bring it to Market Mobile.
Order windows are limited because it takes time for vendors to prepare orders and update their pages based on current inventory. It also takes time for our team to process these orders. Once everything has been received in aggregate at Market Mobile, our staff packs it all into separate orders ready to ship out. From farm to table, this process takes about four days.
We don’t purchase food in bulk from our suppliers in advance or store excess products in our warehouse to sell.
Yes, and it varies according to geographic location and customer type. The order minimum represents a threshold for delivery, which is determined by estimated fuel and labor costs. There is also a flat $5 delivery fee for all Residential orders.
For residential deliveries to Providence, Pawtucket, East Bay and many RI towns, there is a $60 order minimum to receive a delivery. Other cities in RI and MA have higher order minimums the farther they are from our facility in Providence.
For specific information about order minimums, please view the map below. Contact us if you’re not sure or have a special request.
If your location is not within our delivery range, you can pick up your order from us directly. Please see "HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?" for pickup details.
We reserve the right to assess a delivery fee for orders that do not meet the minimum threshold. The fee is 20% of the difference between the order minimum and your invoice subtotal.
For example:
20% = 0.2 constant
order minimum (zip code 02743) = $400
invoice subtotal = $250
0.2($400 - 250) = $30 delivery fee
Orders placed on Monday ⇨ delivered Thursday OR Friday.
Orders placed on Thursday ⇨ delivered the following Tuesday OR Wednesday.
Deliveries are normally completed between 7am - 6pm.
Occasionally, deliveries will occur outside the above schedule. Many variables influence delivery routes/ETA including: load capacity, vehicle repairs, staffing dynamics, holidays, construction, traffic and weather conditions.
Once routes are scheduled, you’ll receive a tracking notification with the date and time window your delivery is expected. You’ll also be notified when the order has been dropped off at your delivery location.
To add delivery instructions, click the Person icon located at the top-right of the Market Mobile platform. Choose Addresses → Add Address or Edit to access the Delivery Notes.
You may also speak to a member of our team to relay important delivery information.
If you need to make changes to a scheduled delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we cannot guarantee a specific time or date, we do our best to plan for contingencies. We strive to meet the needs of all customers and may not be able to accommodate every request.

- This address brings you to the side of the building where New Harvest and Tallulah’s storefronts are situated, opposite ISCO Distillery.
- Continue straight toward the intersection of Sims Ave and Kinsley Ave. Turn right onto Kinsley Ave, then turn right again to enter the parking lot.
- Look for the four garage bay doors and loading dock. This is the Market Mobile packhouse.
Park as close as you can to the painted double doors. (We’re right next door to Robin Hollow Flowers.)
Once you have arrived, text your name and vehicle description to 401-312-4355. (This is a mobile number which only supports SMS communication; we won’t be able to answer calls.)
That’s it! A staff member or volunteer will bring your order right to you. The pickup process typically takes 5-10 minutes.
Please contact us right away if the order you received is missing an item, has damaged or spoiled products, is incorrect, or includes something you didn’t order. A claim for damaged or spoiled product must include a photograph of the affected item. Our team may ask you to provide additional traceback information so we can alert the producer.
We will either credit your account, issue a card refund, or replace the item.
Items are considered incorrect if they're the wrong food type, variety, vendor or otherwise do not match the stated description. Market Mobile is not liable for items ordered mistakenly by customers - these items cannot be returned to the vendor.
Customers are responsible for payment of items they have ordered. If the product you receive matches its description on your invoice, you will be billed accordingly. Drivers cannot take back products without prior approval from our customer service team.
If an item is not refundable, you can keep it.

We will either credit your account, issue a card refund, or replace the item.
We cannot issue refunds on the basis of changed plans or preference. If an item has been successfully ordered and fulfilled to Market Mobile, then we honor our obligation to pay the producer for it. While we understand that people change their minds sometimes, unfortunately that doesn’t undo the real costs of harvesting and procuring food. We are in the business of perishable food items, and our refund policy reflects that.
Items are considered “incorrect” if they're the wrong food type, variety, brand, or otherwise do not match the stated description. Market Mobile is not liable for items ordered mistakenly by customers - these items cannot be returned to the original vendor. You are responsible for payment of items that you ordered. If the product you receive matches the description on your invoice, you will be billed accordingly and can choose to either keep or donate the item. Click the Person icon in the upper right hand corner to view your:
- Dashboard - view your account at a glance.

We cut checks to vendors every two weeks. Vendors are compensated for their sales during the previous 2-week period (representing up to four order cycles) with each payout.
Market Mobile makes money by collecting a 20% brokerage fee on all sales through our platform. Brokerage is already factored into the list price of any item available for sale in the marketplace.
Food safety is of primary importance to us. We are a USDA GMP audited warehouse. This means we are compliant with federal and state food safety regulations, and can be inspected at any time.
We prioritize customer safety by vetting all food items upon receipt in our warehouse, and rejecting anything that fails to meet temperature and quality control standards. We also offer contactless pickup and delivery options to customers.
