PROCESSING KITCHEN

Harvest Kitchen is available to produce specific value-added items for your business — using your own recipe. Our team will meet with you to learn more about your recipe and production requirements, and determine the staffing and kitchen time needed to complete your project.

A draft agreement will then be developed to clarify the recipe, production times, and total products required, and to outline any other needs.

• Recipe development fee: $50
• Cornell Processing (for shelf-stable products): $200
• Hourly kitchen rental fee: $25
• Hourly staffing rate: $15

Harvest Kitchen can produce any of our signature items for your farm or business — such as applesauce, zucchini bread, and dill pickles — using your ingredients. All Harvest Kitchen products are made using recipes approved by the Department of Health or Cornell University Cooperative Extension.

For orders over $1500, a 50% downpayment is required before production begins. Customers are required to purchase the complete batch of products upon completion.
