Natasha was born and raised in Providence, RI. She explains, “Growing up my family always kept a small farm and that’s where we ate most of our vegetables and fruit from as well. My interest in food and how it’s grown and distributed comes from my deep roots. My great grandmother being 100% Filipino, fresh produce has always been a part of our dinner table — grown and picked right in our backyard. Having spent most of my working years in the food industry, it’s opened my eyes to such varieties of food and also different cultures. I’d love to continue getting educated on our food system and how we can make it better, safer, and healthier!”
