Jillian was born and raised in Warwick, RI; recently, she moved to Canterbury, CT. She attended and recently graduated the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY with a BPS in Applied Food Studies. She has worked her entire life in kitchen and this is a refreshing new beginning for her. Jillian is passionate about her garden, reading, and her two nieces. Jillian is excited to start her career in nonprofits at Farm Fresh RI.
