About a year ago I decided to cross something off my #bucketlist and try out for @FoodNetwork’s beloved hit show, #Chopped. After months of interviews and waiting I walked onto set in early May ready to compete! Cooking on #Chopped was by far one of the most exhilarating and acutely stressful experiences I’ve had in my 40 plus years. I can’t wait to share the ups and downs with ya’ll! ???? Tune in Tuesday, November 27th at 9 p.m. to see Chef Eli push himself to the limit and lay it all on the line for a chance to become the next #Chopped Champion!
