It’s finally harvest season! Our Harvest Kitchen production crew is in full swing with this year’s first batch of dill pickles!
Our chefs, alumni, and trainees are excited to usher in the new season and say goodbye to processing apples until next time around! (Grab your apple chips at one of our nearby farmers markets while supplies last!) Next up? Dilly Beans!
We source cucumbers for our pickles from a number of local farms. These beauties are from Kitchen Garden Farm in Sunderland, MA.
Here, Mo makes sure the jars are filled properly, and lids are on tight!
