Tara grew up in New Jersey, however has been a resident of Providence, RI, since college. She fell in love with the entrepreneurial environment / art scene and walkability of the city, so she stayed. Tara and children were CSA shareholders at Casey Farm when her children were young. They had one of the 50 original gardener’s plots at the Session Street garden. Tara decided to leave their plot for another gardener to enjoy a few years ago. Now she loves visiting area farmers markets.
