Emily (she/her) started a garden in her backyard as a child and has found ways to grow food ever since. In college she studied business and environmental science, receiving her Master’s in Sustainability Management before farming for five years in RI and MA. Wanting to take a step into the wider local food system, she joined Farm Fresh RI and enjoys getting to connect with so many people through the Market Mobile program. She can be found spending time outdoors with friends, playing frisbee (her newest hobby) with her husband, or snuggling on the couch with their two cats.
