Look Who’s Buying & Selling Local Food!

March 15, 2019

Here are just a couple of the many wholesale customers who ordered from local farmers, fishers, foragers, ranchers, and food makers through Market Mobile this week!

Brigg’s Nursery & Café
295 Kelley Blvd
North Attleboro, MA, 02760

At Briggs, we believe nothing is more beautiful than nature, and it is our passion to take the beauty that nature provides and create a work of art, a bountiful garden, or personal haven.

La Creperie
82 Fons Alley
Providence, RI, 02906

La Creperie was established in 1996, and is open seven days a week, Friday and Saturday until 2 am. La Creperie cafe on College Hill in Providence, located just off of Thayer Street, offers some of the best crepes this side of Paris, as well as smoothies, Belgian waffles, and wraps. All our items are made fresh and to-order and delicious. Enjoy our all-natural crepes, smoothies and wraps in our cafe or take them to go. Or visit us at the Farm Fresh RI Pawtucket Wintertime Farmers Market Saturdays, 9am to 1pm, November through April.

What’s Fresh & Local This Week?

Earlier this week, we reminded our wholesale buyers about these great local products for sale — just a few among the extensive list of products offered by over 50 local growers and producers through Market Mobile:

Confetti Popcorn — from Foggy Notion Farm in Johnston, RI

  • Yellow, white, and purple kernels
  • 100% of kernels popped when pop-tested!
  • Available in 16oz jars

Preserved Field Tomatoes — from Horse Listeners Orchard in Ashford, CT

  • Chopped tomotoes
  • Shelf-stable
  • Available in 40 lb. boxes

Herbs de Providence — from Sanctuary Herbs in Providence, RI

  • A distinctive mix of rosemary, thyme, oregano, mint, basil, lavender, and calendula
  • Delightful seasoning for a range of vegetable and meat dishes
  • A playful nod to traditional Herbs de Provence
