We believe that it’s important to know where our food comes from, to be comfortable knowing that we can trust what we cook, serve and eat. We also believe that our children should have the opportunity to enjoy these foods for generations to come while learning the importance of preserving local farms, ranches and fishing grounds. Without the contributions of producers who are as passionate about what they do as we are about what we do, we would be a much inferior restaurant. Myers Produce is a regional distributor based in Northern Vermont. We operate year-round, and we have been in operation since November 2013. We offer growers & producers the opportunity to sell us food that we resell (distribution) as well as the service of transportation to direct customers of their own (freight). We purchase vegetables, fruit, eggs, grains, meat, cheese, and added value products from growers and producers within our region. All of our sources are located in the Northeast, as a rule. The vast majority of our produce is grown on small, organic farms in Vermont and Western Massachusetts. We sell to wholesale customers in New York City, the Hudson Valley, and throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Our customers are all types of businesses, including retail stores, coops, restaurants, online retailers, caterers, hotels, fast casual lunch chains, corporate offices, and institutions.
