COMMUNITY EDUCATION
Our Community Education programming is focused around connecting community members of all ages to local food and sharing knowledge of how fresh, locally-grown ingredients fit into a healthful lifestyle. We provide this education in a wide variety of settings from farmers markets and libraries to summer camps and senior centers.
Our Community Education team empowers participants to make informed food choices while contributing to the local economy. We offer one-time workshops or series-based programming covering food literacy, cooking education, gardening, and food justice for schools, senior centers, community organization, and libraries. All programming ios hands-on, interactive and fun — providing tangible options to explore local agriculture and our relationships with food.
