Our week-long Harvest Kitchen Top Chef Challenge was intense. Each trainee used their creativity, ability to problem solve, and teamwork skills. In the end, there was only one Harvest Kitchen Top Chef — and it was Josh!
Throughout the challenge, Josh came to work every day ready to go. In fact, he was the glue that held the team together. He prepared an amazing Brussels Sprout side dish, which he learned how to prepare during his training at Harvest Kitchen. Josh insisted his team use decorative serving platters to plate the final meal. Josh took pride in his work. And we couldn’t be prouder of him! A deserving win for Josh!!
