100% Compostable Evening. We are proud that all waste from this year's Local Food Fest will be composted back into RI healthy soils at Earth Care Farm. This is possible thanks to a donation of biodegradable dinnerware by Blue State Coffee and Whole Foods. In addition, all cooking oil at Castle Hill is recycled into biodiesel.
Information about the Local Food Fest in 2008 and 2007 is still available if you're curious.
